We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented

Interior Designer

to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, creating detailed drawings, selecting materials and finishes, and collaborating closely with clients and project teams to deliver high-quality interior design and fit-out solutions for residential, commercial, hospitality, or retail projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to understand their requirements, vision, budget, and timeline. Develop innovative design concepts and mood boards that align with client expectations and project objectives. Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, 3D visuals, and material boards for client approval. Select appropriate materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes while considering sustainability and budget constraints. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure designs are translated accurately on-site. Conduct site visits to oversee the design implementation and ensure quality standards are met. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and furnishings. Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and technologies in interior design. Prepare and manage design documentation, BOQs, and project specifications. Ensure compliance with local regulations and health & safety standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 5-7 years of proven experience as an Interior Designer in the UAE fit-out industry. Strong portfolio showcasing residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior fit-out details. Strong creativity, design sensibility, and attention to detail. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Knowledge of Dubai Municipality and UAE design standards is an advantage. Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
