Interior Designer

to join our

technical and project management team

and contribute creatively and technically to our evolving portfolio of developments.

Role Overview

The

Interior Designer

will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing innovative and functional interior spaces for residential and commercial projects. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, material selection, spatial planning, and local building regulations.

Candidates must have experience in villa, low-rise, and renovation/modification projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative and functional interior design concepts that align with project requirements and client expectations

Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, presentations, and material selections

Work closely with the project management team, architects, MEP engineers, and suppliers to ensure design execution

Visit project sites to assess work progress and provide design-related clarifications or adjustments

Source and recommend suitable materials, furniture, and fixtures in alignment with design aesthetics and budget

Ensure compliance with UAE interior design regulations, safety standards, and municipality approvals

Revise drawings based on feedback from clients and management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field

Minimum 5 years of relevant villa and building construction experience

At least 3 years of experience working in Dubai

Currently based in Dubai

(applications from outside Dubai will not be considered)

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software

Strong portfolio showcasing interior design projects across villas and low-rise structures

Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills

In-depth knowledge of material finishes, lighting concepts, and furnishing trends

Familiarity with UAE regulatory approvals and municipality standards
