Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented

Interior Designer

to lead and execute interior design projects across residential, commercial, or hospitality spaces. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibilities, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of local design standards and supplier networks in the

UAE

. This role involves concept development, space planning, material selection, and coordination with various project stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and present interior design concepts, mood boards, and space plans based on client requirements and project briefs. Produce accurate 2D drawings, technical layouts, and 3D visualizations using design software. Select and specify appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories aligned with the overall design vision. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers throughout the design and execution phases. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure design compliance, and address any issues during fit-out or construction. Prepare detailed documentation, BOQs, and cost estimates for client approval and project execution. Stay up to date with the latest design trends, sustainable practices, and industry innovations. Ensure all designs meet health and safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements within the UAE. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of

3 years of proven interior design experience within the UAE

. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of completed projects across residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors. Proficiency in design software such as

AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite

. Deep understanding of UAE building codes, municipality approval processes, and materials available in the local market. Strong organizational, communication, and client-facing skills. Ability to handle end-to-end design projects independently and work collaboratively within a team. Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
