Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, a keen eye for spatial arrangements, and a passion for transforming spaces into functional and visually appealing environments. You will work on a variety of projects, from concept development to final execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and budget. Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations. Create detailed floor plans, 3D models, and technical drawings using software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit). Select materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes that align with the design vision and client needs. Work closely with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery. Conduct site visits and supervise installation and final styling. Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Proven experience as an interior designer or similar role (portfolio required). Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and finishes. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. Attention to detail and a strong sense of style and color.
