Job Purpose:
Meet with clients, going through the design process, efficiently create an offer and supervise execution resulting in a successful completion.
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities are:
1. Maintain office services
Main Activities:
Preparing conceptual designs for interior design projects
acquiring key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in more detail with clients, and setting/keeping project schedules;
Visit sites to ensure the work progresses as per design and time schedules
understanding individual clients' needs, generating aesthetic ideas based on these, and establishing final briefs, concept, mood boards, surveying residences, influencing clients' decisions;
samples, spec books, final handover and sign off on the projects.
Responsible for timely completion of each phase of the design process.
conducting feasibility studies for projects;
Responsible for furniture selection that needs to be ordered for retail and packages
researching, recording and analyzing information of products used in the interior design such as for selection custom made joinery, marble, wall claddings
considering materials and costs according to set budgets;
preparing detailed working drawings and designs, plans, models and schemes, often using computer-aided design (CAD) software;
Prepare and present design fee proposals to customers after approval from MD.
Supervising work at the design stage and on-site; coordinating well with sales and operations to bring the projects to satisfactory ending including sign off in terms of bespoke design projects.
working closely with quantity surveyors to establish costs and work schedules, architects to determine the best use of space, manufacturers and construction workers;
Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry in terms of trends, furniture styles, existing and future color scheme's
Assist the sales department in regards to furniture solutions and bespoke Interior Design.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per week
Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
