Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Interior Designer

to join our team and help us bring design concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Create innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements and project scope

Develop detailed design plans, layouts, and drawings for interior spaces

Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with the project budget and style

Work closely with clients, project managers, and contractors to ensure design vision is executed accurately

Prepare mood boards, 3D visuals, and presentations for client approval

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to source materials and ensure design quality

Ensure all designs comply with local building regulations and industry standards

Supervise and coordinate on-site work to ensure designs are being followed accurately

Manage design project timelines and deliverables

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Interior Designer (fit-out or interior design industry experience preferred)

Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization tools)

Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and finishes

Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines

Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
