The Role:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong creative flair, excellent technical skills and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be confident managing full-scope design projects, working directly with clients and delivering refined, elevated spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Interior design projects from concept development to final installation Produce detailed mood boards, layout plans, 3D renders, and FF&E schedules Source and specify finishes, furniture and materials aligned with project aesthetics and budgets Attend site visits, supplier meetings and client presentations Collaborate closely with architects, contractors and the wider design team Ensure all work aligns with the HM Homes Interiors design standard and brand identity
Requirements:

Degree in Interior Design or a related field 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial interior design Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and rendering software Strong understanding of spatial planning, joinery details, and local supplier sourcing Exceptional communication and presentation skills A portfolio showcasing high-end design work
