. We're currently seeking a talented and detail-orientedInterior Designer / Architect
to join our expanding team.Key Responsibilities:
Create interior & exterior concepts for
homes, offices, restaurants, warehouses
, and other commercial spaces. Develop2D & 3D drawings, high-quality renderings, mood boards, and walkthroughs
. Prepareshop drawings, working drawings, MEP layouts, AC ducting
, and steel/concrete structural plans. Understand and applyDubai Municipality regulations
, submission requirements, and approval processes. Conductsite visits
, attendclient meetings
, and coordinate withvendors, contractors, and suppliers
. Handledocumentation, material selection, pricing, BOQs
, and quotation preparation. Work accurately withmeasurements, sizes, and layout details
for effective execution.Skills & Tools Required:
Proficiency in:
AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Revit, D5 Render, Photoshop
Strong knowledge ofmaterials, products, pricing
, and UAE market selections. Good understanding ofBOQs, estimation, and site-level coordination
. Familiarity withtechnical detailing
and approval drawing processes.Qualifications:
Degree in
Interior Design or Architecture
(must be attested for visa processing)2-3 years of UAE experience preferred
Must be currently in UAE and available to join immediately
