Meet with clients to determine design preferences, budget constraints, and space functionality. Develop detailed interior layouts using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit. Select appropriate materials, furniture, color palettes, and lighting to suit the design vision. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure design implementation aligns with the plan. Create mood boards, 3D renderings, and sample presentations for client approvals. Monitor site progress and ensure that all design elements are executed to specification. Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design and sustainability practices. Source unique and cost-effective decor items while maintaining quality standards.
Job Profile
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in interior design or space planning. Proficient in design tools such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization software. Strong communication and client management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. * Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for aesthetics and functionality.
