Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
? Create
high-quality 3D renderings, animations, and walkthroughs
using3ds Max
(V-Ray/Corona).? Develop detailed
AutoCAD 2D drawings
for floor plans, elevations, and construction documentation.? Collaborate with architects, clients, and contractors to
translate ideas into feasible designs
.? Select
materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting
aligned with project requirements and budgets.? Present design concepts to clients through
mood boards, 3D visuals, and material samples
.? Ensure all designs comply with
building codes, space requirements, and accessibility standards
.? Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting
strict deadlines
.Qualifications & Skills:
Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
.3+ years of experience
in interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing3ds Max and AutoCAD 2D projects
.Expertise in:
3ds Max
(Modeling, Texturing, Lighting, Rendering).AutoCAD 2D
(Technical drawings, layouts, detailing). [Optional: SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or Adobe Creative Suite]. Knowledge ofFF&E selection, space planning, and construction processes
Strongaesthetic sense, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
.? Excellent
communication and client presentation abilities
