We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer & Site Supervisor to manage the design and execution of residential villa projects. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating between clients, contractors, and the design team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop interior design concepts and detailed drawings for residential villas. Prepare mood boards, material selections, and design presentations for clients. Oversee site activities to ensure designs are executed according to plan. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants on-site. Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to timelines. Regularly report project status to management and clients. Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues promptly.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in residential design and site supervision. Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with local building regulations and codes. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects. UAE driving license is a must.
