Interior Designer

Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the design process for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects from concept to execution
Prepare and develop architectural drawings, interior layouts, mood boards, and material palettes
Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, budget, and functional needs
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is realized
Oversee site execution and ensure adherence to design and quality standards
Manage junior team members, provide guidance, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Stay current with industry trends, materials, and design innovations
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or interior design
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural/interior design roles
Strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual design and technical detailing
Proficiency in design and visualization software including:
o
AutoCAD
o
SketchUp
o
Corona Renderer or V-Ray
o
Photoshop
o
InDesign
Key Skills:
Strong conceptual and spatial design thinking
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
