Interior Designer - Interior and Fit-Out (2D and 3D)

Responsibilities:

Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget for interior and fit-out projects.
Concept Development: Create and present design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to clients for approval.
Detailed Drawings: Develop comprehensive AutoCAD drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and detailed construction drawings.
Material and Finish Selection: Choose appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet the design intent and client preferences.
Innovation and Trends: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative ideas into projects.
Project Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including design revisions, client communications, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in interior design and fit-out projects
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; experience with other design software.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of successful interior and fit-out projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of materials, finishes, and furnishings specific to fit-out projects.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and project updates to clients and team members.
Collaboration: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure precision in design and execution.
