Interior Designer & Product Development Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer & Product Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role is centered around implementing our interior design service while also supporting visual content creation, product styling, merchandising, and trend research. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in interior design with a strong visual eye, and the ability to contribute across both creative and commercial functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Interior Design Implementation:
Lead the execution of our interior design service. Assist clients with furniture selection, 2D layout planning, and 3D renders. Act as the main point of contact for clients choosing design packages, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.
Renderings:
Coordinate and manage the production of high-quality 3D renders for both client design projects and product listings. Work with internal or external rendering partners, assign tasks, and meet monthly output targets.
Product Publishing & Visual Merchandising:
Oversee the quality and visual presentation of product imagery across platforms. Ensure edited visuals are brand-aligned, visually appealing, and continuously optimized to improve product performance and sales.
Image Selection & Photoshoot Styling:
Curate and select images for use in marketing materials, website, and campaigns. Plan and style photoshoots, ensuring products are presented in the most compelling way to reflect our design identity.
B2B Sales Support:
Provide design input and mood boards to support the sales team in commercial and trade client pitches. Collaborate to ensure tailored design solutions are delivered.
Trend Research & Product Development:
Stay up to date with interior design trends and contribute insights that help shape product selections and new development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Product Design, or a related field
2+ years of experience in interior design or a similar role
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools
Strong understanding of interior trends and spatial design principles
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong multitasking and project management capabilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month
