A creative, mid-level Interior Designer with experience in high-end residential and hospitality projects is required to join our client\xe2\x80\x99s dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, proficiency in industry-standard software, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to develop design concepts and strategies for high-end residential and hospitality projects.
- Produce detailed drawings, mood boards, and presentations to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Utilize Autocad, Corona, 3D Max, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Indesign to create comprehensive design documentation and visualizations.
- Participate in site visits and liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure design intent is executed accurately and to the highest standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into design projects.
- Contribute to the development of design proposals, schedules, and budgets.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on high-end residential and hospitality projects in Dubai.
- Proficiency in Autocad, Corona, 3D Max, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketchup, and Indesign.
- Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and FF&E selection.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Fluency in English.
- Deadline-oriented.
- UAE driving license is essential.
