Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating the needs of the client, consultants, designers, technical and Site teams for the execution of projects from the initiation stage until the project handing over stage.
- Managing the consultant/s deliverables and the required coordination with project team.
- Attending design meetings with Client and consultant/s and report the same to management.
- Attending several coordination meetings with the client, consultants, contractors and projects team in order to provide the required Technical assistance.
- Coordinating between all the disciplines (Architectural / Interiors + structural + MEP drawings) for all ongoing / upcoming projects.
- Overseeing the Architectural and interior aspects of the projects for the design and production of the construction documents.
- Assisting the Projects team for the material selection for all projects before sending the same to Consultants / Client for approval.
- Receiving all the construction drawings/Specifications from Consultants and the required coordination, review and distribution to project teams.
- Reviewing and issuing all the AFAs (Application for approval) for design submissions, material submittals, technical submittals) to client / consultants, and the required follow-up in coordination with the Project team.
- Attending site visits for different ongoing projects in order to assist the Project team to identify the Technical problems and the required solutions and Preparation of Site Visit / critical issues Reports.
- Attending site visits to collect the required information from the Client for the new projects, or any additional works for the ongoing projects or coordination meetings with contractors and consultants and projects team.
- Performing any related task as instructed by line manager.
- Communication with the Client, consultant and contractor in relation to the design management, design coordination and technical progress.
- Capture the Client Vision and the Project intent during design development and communicate it to the consultant.
- Provide effective reporting and present salient matters that are significant to the management, while creating useful records for future references.
- Communicate the client requirements, feedback and outcomes with the consultant and relevant team.
- Reviewing and advising on designs, ensuring they meet regulatory and legislative requirements and the client\xe2\x80\x99s brief
- Deliver critical feedback where needed throughout the duration of a project.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in interior or Architecture
- Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in SCHOOL Projects (Mandatory)
- Languages: English and Arabic (Mandatory)
- U.A.E Driver\'s License (Mandatory)
- Do you have an experience in Educational Projects?
- Bachelor\'s (Required)
- Interior Design: 10 years (Required)
- Arabic (Required)
- U.A.E Driver\'s License (Preferred)
