IMMEDIATE HIRING! PORTFOLIO REQUIRED TO BE ATTACHED WITH CV. Responsibilities: Apply a sense of style to create aesthetically pleasing interiors Strong visual design skills including proportion and aesthetics Analyze movement and use patterns of the space Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations Create \'mood boards\' to sample your design vision Attend client meetings to understand the design needs and client preferences regarding interior styles and colors Undertake design project from concept to completion Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans Determine timelines and project costs and presents accurate estimates to clients Visit job sites to analyze space availability, design needs and the purpose of the space Prepare sketches or other visual aids to demonstrate preliminary designs to client Use design applications to prepare and illustrate final plans Order or obtain necessary materials, adhering to project and budget specifications Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors Manages the coordination and logistics of product deliveries and installation Oversees the installation of materials, furniture, and other design elements Maintain up-to-date documentation of all activities Ensures client satisfaction by visiting the project on completion with the client and providing follow-up support with customers Maintains current knowledge of trends and materials, techniques, and other developments in interior design Develops and maintains productive and effective relationships with customers Requirements and Skills: 2 years of experience, expert in 3D modelling. . Excellent portfolio of previous works (experience in wedding events is an advantage) Project and time management skills Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision. Creative talent, imagination and eye for design Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions) Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Interior Design or related field required Kindly send your CV with attached sample portfolio thru email: angel(at)worood(dot)com Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
