Job Description
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
Develop design concepts to present to clients.
Create detailed interior design plans, including furniture layout, lighting, color schemes and material selections.
Strong in FFE development to source and specify furniture, fixtures, accessories, and finishes.
Coordinate with Architects, Contractors, and Vendors to ensure smooth execution.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, products, and industry developments.
Positions Description:
Bachelor's degree in interior design Min 5 years' experience in Interior Designing with a portfolio showcasing your previous work. Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Microsoft, word, excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, 3D MAX, Adobe creative suite) Strong knowledge of design principles and space planning. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and a keen eye for a aesthetics.
