Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

Interior Designer

with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience, specializing in

commercial fit-out projects

. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of space planning, materials, and finishes tailored to commercial environments such as offices, retail spaces, and hospitality venues.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion, with a focus on commercial fit-outs. Develop detailed design presentations, mood boards, and material specifications. Prepare and review technical drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is executed accurately. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design standards and timelines. Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies relevant to commercial interiors. Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in interior design, with a strong focus on commercial fit-out projects. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3D max, and rendering tools. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting suitable for commercial spaces. Excellent communication, presentation, and project coordination skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Qatar is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with international design standards. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
