About the Role

We are seeking a

creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate brings both aesthetic vision and technical expertise, with a proven record of leading interior design projects--especially in the residential sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and present compelling interior design concepts that balance functionality, aesthetics, and client objectives. Create mood boards, space layouts, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design direction. Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures based on style, budget, and sustainability goals. Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution and design integrity. Prepare detailed design documentation, including specifications, construction drawings, and schedules. Conduct on-site visits to oversee project progress, provide design solutions, and ensure compliance with plans. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, coordinating resources and timelines to meet deadlines. Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes, accessibility standards, and sustainability practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum

5 years of senior-level experience

in interior design, with a strong portfolio in residential projects. Expert in space planning, material selection, and design detailing. Proficiency in:

3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Render, SketchUp, AutoCAD

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) In-depth knowledge of building codes, ADA standards, and sustainable design principles. Strong project management skills--able to oversee timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a client-focused approach. Ability to manage end-to-end design processes independently and collaboratively.
