Job Title: Interior Designer (Design + Client Sales Role)

We are looking for a

creative Interior Designer who is interested in growing into a client-facing / sales-oriented role

. This position is ideal for designers who enjoy

meeting clients, pitching ideas, closing projects

, and want to evolve into a

Design Sales / Sales Manager role

over time.

You will be involved in

design, client presentations, project understanding, and commercial discussions

, making this a key role in the company's growth.

Interior Designers who enjoy

client interaction and business development

Designers who want to

move beyond pure design

and grow into a

sales / leadership role

Designers who are comfortable presenting designs and actively participating in closing projects.

Key Responsibilities



Interior space planning, concept development, and

3D design

Meet clients, understand requirements, and

present design ideas

Assist in

pricing, BOQs, and commercial discussions

Work closely with management to

convert leads into projects

Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams Support projects from

concept to handover


Required Skills & Qualifications



Background in

Interior Design

(degree or experience) Strong design skills: space planning, 3D visualization, detailing Confident communication and presentation skills Interest in

sales, client handling, and project closure

Basic understanding of fit-out execution and costing is a plus Motivated, presentable, and business-minded

Experience



2-5 years

experience in interior design / fit-out preferred
(Fresh designers with strong communication skills may also apply)

Compensation



Fixed Salary + Commission on closed projects
