We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Interior Design Carpenter

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custom carpentry, furniture making, and interior finishes, with a keen eye for design and aesthetics. You will work closely with interior designers, architects, and clients to bring creative concepts to life through high-quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret interior design drawings and blueprints to create custom woodwork and furniture. Construct, install, and repair built-in furniture, cabinetry, paneling, wall units, wardrobes, and other interior elements. Collaborate with interior designers to ensure carpentry elements align with design intent. Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials with precision. Perform on-site installations with attention to detail and safety. Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in a clean and organized manner. Ensure quality control of all woodwork and finishes. Stay updated on trends, materials, and techniques in interior carpentry and design.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a carpenter with a portfolio of interior projects. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design plans. Skilled in using woodworking tools and machinery. Understanding of interior design styles, materials, and trends. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina and dexterity.
