Job Description

We're looking for a creative and organized

Design Assistant with good 3D skills

to support our interior design projects in Dubai. From 3D renderings to site visits and final staging, you'll be involved in every step.

Main Responsibilities:

Produce 3D renderings (SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.) based on client briefs Create technical drawings: layouts, ceiling plans, execution files Implement client feedback and make design adjustments Conduct site visits, take measurements, and monitor progress Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and the design team Attend client meetings when the founder is unavailable Assist with final staging: unpacking, organizing accessories, setting up spaces Capture photos and videos throughout the renovation process (before/during/after)

Profile:

Proficient in 3D and technical software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.) Strong eye for

minimalist and elegant interiors

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and autonomous Comfortable on-site and during creative phases Professional communication skills and client-facing confidence Fluent in English (spoken and written) Driving license and personal car required

+ Bonus Skills (a plus but not mandatory):

Additional languages: Arabic, French, or Russian Experience in content creation for social media (stories, reels, photography) Knowledge of Canva, InDesign, or presentation tools Visual branding awareness and attention to brand aesthetics Experience with high-end residential or Airbnb-style projects Basic understanding of budgeting and project timelines
