Responsibilities:

Develop and execute design concepts for residential and commercial projects. Create detailed AutoCAD drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings. Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Stay up-to-date with UAE regulations and approvals, ensuring all designs comply with local standards. Select and source materials, furniture, and accessories to meet project specifications. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently. Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with plans.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.

Skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software (e.g., SketchUp, 3D Max, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong visualization and conceptualization skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong project management and organizational abilities.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with UAE regulations and approval processes for interior design projects. In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings suitable for various design styles.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field. Professional certification or accreditation is a plus.
