You will be responsible for designing and implementing store layouts, displays, and visual merchandising to create an attractive and engaging shopping experience for customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and implement store layouts and visual merchandising displays that align with brand guidelines and drive sales Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop visual content for use in-store displays and marketing materials Manage and maintain inventory levels for visual merchandising props and materials Conduct regular store visits to ensure that visual merchandising displays are up-to-date and meet the brand standards Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions on merchandising strategies Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in visual merchandising to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual displays. Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. All other related duties assigned by the management

Qualification & Experience:

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in interior design, visual merchandising or a related field. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the retail and fashion industry.

Knowledge & Skills:

Excellent interior design skills including the ability to create effective store layouts and displays. Strong visual merchandising skills, including the ability to design and create compelling displays that attract and engage customers Strong understanding of visual merchandising software, tools, and technologies. Attention to detail. The ability to manage time effectively for meeting project deadlines. Communication skills Problem-solving skills Adaptability Collaboration Customer service skills Business acumen Effective management of visual merchandising displays Timely completion of store layout and display designs Consistent delivery of high-quality visual merchandising displays Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of visual merchandising
