We are seeking a highly creative and knowledgeable Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and materials selection. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating beautiful and functional living spaces for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their design preferences, lifestyle, and budget
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations & bespoke furniture designs using computer-aided design software
- Select fabrics, lighting, and accessories to complete the design
- Source products and materials from suppliers and vendors
- Collaborate with contractors and tradespeople to ensure the design is executed properly
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion
- Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design or related field
- 3+ years of experience in residential interior design
- Must be proficient in Arabic
- Proficient in computer-aided design software (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge of current design trends and materials
- Portfolio of previous residential interior design projects
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- UAE Interior Design: 2 years (Required)
- Arabic (Preferred)
- UAE Driving License (Required)
