Job Description

• Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the delivery of projects at different stages of design.
• Assist in creating design concepts through creative thought processes focused on user experience, materiality, and sustainable approaches.
• Undertake research for materials, FF&E, and other project components.
• Prepare mood boards, material & finish selections, and presentation material.
• Produce conceptual designs in 2D and 3D for internal discussion.
• Prepare visualizations (CGI/Photoshop) for internal design discussions and liaise with external professional visualizers as required.
• Demonstrate design and technical aptitude, with developing design and technical confidence.
• Work within an agreed scope and deliver complete packages of work to a deadline.
• Develop design work in close cooperation with other members of the Grimshaw project team.
• Implement designs, contracts, and strategic decisions as directed by the project lead.
• Be confident in Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, Lumion Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Assist with the liaison with the client, stakeholders, and authorities.
• Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.
• Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture with an interior focus
• Strong space planning skills and attention to detail.
• Hospitality, Residential, and/or Commercial Workplace experience.
• Exceptional design thinking skills.
• Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, Illustrator, and SketchUp skills are essential.
• Revit, Enscape skills would be advantageous.
• Possess excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
