Responsibilities

Develop design concepts using tools such as 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, Revit, and Adobe software. Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings to visualize design ideas. Apply knowledge of color theory and lighting design to enhance the overall aesthetic of spaces. Manage project timelines and budgets while coordinating with contractors and vendors during renovations. Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure adherence to design specifications. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to provide innovative solutions. Prepare presentations for clients showcasing design concepts and project proposals.

Experience

Proven experience in interior design or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in design software including 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential. Strong understanding of color theory, lighting design, and spatial planning. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with contract negotiations and working with contractors during renovation projects is a plus. A degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience will be considered.
