Job Description

KOSHAN Development & Investment is seeking a

creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer

with a pleasing personality and a presentable demeanor to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, functionality, and modern aesthetics, with proven experience in creating interiors that add value and enhance the real estate experience for both residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop interior concepts for residential and commercial properties.

Prepare mood boards, layouts, and 3D visualizations to present design ideas.

Select and source furniture, fixtures, and materials aligned with project goals.

Work closely with architects, project managers, and real estate teams to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with client needs.

Conduct site visits to oversee design implementation and ensure quality standards.

Stay updated on industry trends and apply innovative design solutions that elevate property value.

Work on the owner's properties as well as projects for close associates and friends, ensuring a highly personalized and professional design approach.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.

2-5 years of proven experience in interior design (preferably in real estate or property development).

Strong portfolio showcasing residential/commercial projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, or similar design tools.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Based in (or willing to relocate to) Abu Dhabi.
