Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of style, spatial awareness, and the ability to transform spaces into functional, aesthetically pleasing environments that reflect clients' tastes and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and budget.

Develop design concepts that align with client expectations and space functionality.

Create detailed interior design plans, including layout drawings, color schemes, furniture, lighting, and material selections.

Use software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite to produce drawings and 3D models.

Source and select furnishings, decor, and finishes.

Coordinate with contractors, architects, suppliers, and other stakeholders during project execution.

Oversee installation and ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.

Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and innovations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role.

Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, Adobe Photoshop).

Strong creativity, visualization, and communication skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of building codes, inspection regulations, and accessibility standards is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Project management experience.

Experience working with residential, commercial, or hospitality design.

Portfolio showcasing a range of past design projects.
