Job Description

We are looking for interior designers to join our team,

candidate must have 3+ years of extensive experience in high-end residential , commercial & hospitality interiors, from concept to completion including delivery of highly detailed rendering, understanding details, and providing solutions as well as client-facing with a strong personality and decision making.candidates must have experience in 3dsMax ,AutoCAD & photoshop.

portfolio is mandatory for applications construction otherwise the application will be neglectedROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

create breathtaking designs
handling many projects simeltanuasly .
Set a client meeting to understand the design needs and client preferences regarding interior styles and colors ,further coordination is required to meet the project objectives.
Create mood /material boards for client approval.
Undertake design project from concept into completion.
Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project and ensure completion on the given timeline.
Visiting Site if requested by client/design manager.
Coordinate with the Contractor/Consultant and revise the shop drawings.
Prepare space planning Layout.
prepare schematic layouts and design drawings if required.
Work on the Furniture selection from websites or local market.
Research and selection on the materials and products sourcing.
Prepare drawings , material specifications and BOQ if requested .
To be aware and updated about anything related to design, technology in design field and new trends and materials.
Meet Suppliers for any new products.
working under pressure to meet the delivery date .
