Required Skills:
Design Software Proficiency:
AutoCAD SketchUp Revit 3D Max Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Space Planning and Layout Design:
Ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and accessibility requirements.Color Theory and Material Selection:
Expertise in color palettes, textures, and materials for creating cohesive designs. Knowledge of sustainable materials and eco-friendly design.Attention to Detail:
Precise measurements, proportions, and design accuracy. Attention to detail in both visual aesthetics and functional elements.Creativity and Problem Solving:
Ability to innovate and think outside the box. Solve design challenges effectively while maintaining a balance of form and function.Knowledge of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E):
Familiarity with sourcing and selecting furniture, decor, and other design elements. Ability to create mood boards and visual representations.Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or a related field
: Preferred degrees: Interior Design, Architecture.Relevant Work Experience:
Typically, 2-5 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of successful projects. Experience working in residential, commercial, or specialized interior design sectors (e.g., hospitality, healthcare, etc.).Job Type: Full-time
