We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Interior Designer to strengthen our growing team. Applicants must meet the following qualifications to be shortlisted: Available in UAE and can join immediately. Minimum 5 years' experience Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions) Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs Excellent portfolio of previous works Bachelor degree in Interior Design or similar RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Bid on new projects and estimate costs
• Determine project requirements and goals
• Create preliminary design plans through sketching
• Create final design plans with computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Identify and order materials and furnishings for projects, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and fixtures
• Create and manage project timelines
• Oversee construction and installation of the design elements
• Follow up on completed projects to ensure client satisfaction
• Capable of detailed design documentation of interiors layouts, loose furniture, joinery, finishes
• Participate in the progress of all project drawings, renderings, finishes, furniture, and budgets
• Participate in selection and scheduling of FF&E and color and materials for projects in coordination with other team members for presentation to clients and space planning concepts
• Review pricing, materials and customization for projects and provides design support for completion/execution of design concepts
• Schedule professional home consultations to present customized room designs, including sample fabrics, furniture, tables and accessory recommendations the benefits of a professional installation service
• Assist with maintenance of the overall visual appearance of store, this includes but is not limited to assist to maintain floor and/or showroom displays, tagging of products and accessories, maintaining accessory catalogs and design center fabrics, and maintaining general store cleanliness
• Develops construction documents and specifications including floor, ceiling, finish, furniture, millwork and signage plans and supporting design details
• Prepared construction documents and details to implement design concepts.
• Successfully resolved complex technical design issues
• Review and detail shop drawings for construction plan
• Use CAD and related software to produce construction documents
• Consulted with clients to determine the architectural preference to meet overall design goals.
