a leading company in the Interior Fit-out sector, is currently hiring for Interior Designer with 3D Design Expertise - Retail Fit-Out Projects.The ideal candidate will have experience working in the retail sector, a solid understanding of interior fit-out processes, and the ability to produce detailed 3D visualizations that help bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop interior design concepts tailored for retail fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with brand identity and client requirements. Produce detailed 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs to effectively communicate design intent to clients and contractors. Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure designs are practical and executable within timelines and budgets. Specify materials, finishes, lighting, fixtures, and furniture suitable for retail environments. Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and construction documents as needed. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design quality and compliance. Stay informed about retail design trends, materials, and innovative fit-out solutions.

Qualifications:

Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in interior design, 3 to 6 years in UAE particularly in fit-out projects. (retails shop, restaurants, coffee shops inside the malls etc.)

Preferred Skills:

Experience with rendering software like V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape. Understanding of construction methods and building codes. Familiarity with project management tools.
