Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced 3D Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in space planning, 3d Desiging,Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, and a proven ability to prepare and submit high-quality drawings for authority approval and mood boards to client. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent technical skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Prepare
high-quality 3D interior and exterior visualizations
based on approved concepts and drawings Developrealistic 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs
using industry-standard software Createconcept designs, mood boards, and material palettes
aligned with client requirements InterpretAutoCAD drawings, space planning layouts, and BOQs
into accurate 3D visuals Coordinate with architects, draftsmen, and project teams to ensuredesign accuracy and feasibility
Revise designs based onclient feedback and authority comments
Assist inclient presentations
, explaining design intent, finishes, and visual concepts Ensure all designs comply withproject standards, timelines, and quality expectations
Maintain organized files for models, textures, renders, and revisions Support marketing and presentation visuals when required Preparedetailed AutoCAD drawings
including layout plans, sections, elevations, and details Developspace planning, fit-out, joinery, ceiling, flooring, and partition drawings
Prepareauthority submission drawings
as per DM, DCD, DMCC, Trakhees, or relevant authority guidelines Coordinate with designers, engineers, and site teams to ensuredrawing accuracy and constructability
Revise drawings based onclient comments, site conditions, and authority feedback
Prepareas-built drawings
upon project completion Ensure drawings are compliant withapproved designs, BOQs, and specifications
Attendsite coordination meetings
when required to clarify drawings Maintain properdrawing version control and documentation
Support project execution by issuingshop drawings and working drawings
as neededJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
