Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and skilled

3D Visualizer

to produce high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for architectural and interior design projects. The ideal candidate will transform design concepts into realistic visual outputs that support client presentations, approvals, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs for architectural and interior projects Develop exterior and interior visualizations based on drawings, sketches, and design concepts Apply accurate materials, textures, lighting, and environment settings Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project teams to understand project requirements Revise renderings based on client and consultant feedback Ensure visuals meet design intent, timelines, and quality standards Prepare images for presentations, marketing, and tender submissions

Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

2-5 years

of experience as a 3D Visualizer (GCC experience preferred) Proficiency in

3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Corona, Enscape, or Blender

Strong skills in

Photoshop

and post-production techniques Good understanding of architectural drawings and design principles

Preferred Skills

Experience in architectural, interior, or real estate visualization Knowledge of animation and walkthroughs Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Strong creativity and attention to detail
