Universal BIM & CAD Technical Solutions is urgently seeking a talented

Interior Designer

with strong UAE project experience. The candidate will be responsible for interior design development, detailing, and coordination from concept to execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning Prepare detailed interior drawings, shop drawings, and material specifications Create 3D models and renderings for interior design presentations Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors Ensure designs comply with UAE standards and project requirements Assist in material selection, mood boards, and finish schedules Support site coordination and design clarifications

Education & Certification:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture Interior Design / Revit / AutoCAD certification preferred BIM or 3D visualization certification will be an added advantage

Requirements:

3-5 years of relevant Interior Design experience in the UAE Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D tools (3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar) Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and detailing Familiarity with UAE building codes and authority requirements Good communication and coordination skills Immediate availability
