We are looking for a talented and experienced Interior Design Manager to join our team. The Design Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the design team on a variety of projects, from concept development to final execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hospitality and F&B interior design principles and practices, as well as experience managing and mentoring a team of designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design team on a variety of projects, from concept development to final execution
• Develop and implement design concepts that meet the needs of clients and stakeholders
• Oversee the production of design drawings, renderings, and specifications
• Manage the budget and schedule for each project
• Collaborate with other departments, such as project management, construction, and marketing
• Ensure that all projects meet company standards and deadlines
• Mentor and develop junior designers

Desired Skill & Expertise

• Hospitality and F&B Design Experience is a MUST
• Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in a design firm or related industry
• Strong understanding of interior design principles and practices
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
