Interior Design & Fit-Out Intern

who wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance.

Role Overview

You will work closely with our operations and design teams to transform unfurnished units into beautifully finished, guest-ready holiday homes. This internship offers exposure to interior styling, budgeting, supplier management, and real project execution--ideal for anyone starting their design career.

Primary Responsibilities

Assist with developing interior concepts, layouts, and design presentations for holiday home projects Support with

sourcing materials, obtaining quotes, coordinating with vendors, and managing deliveries

Prepare

mood boards, sketches, CAD drawings, and 3D visuals

under supervision Visit sites to track progress, document installations, and support project execution Maintain organized records of furniture, decor, and material samples Help prepare, track, and manage

estimates, budgets, purchase lists, and client invoices

Research new design trends, materials, and furniture suitable for short-term rentals

Requirements

Currently studying or recently graduated in

Interior Design, Architecture, or a related program

Working knowledge of tools like

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max

Strong design sense, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn Organized, reliable, and comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced setting Based in Dubai and available full-time Interest or basic understanding of project budgeting is a plus
