Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and present interior design concepts for residential, commercial, or smart spaces. Create detailed technical drawings, 2D/3D models, and layouts using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, mood board. Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting in coordination with client needs and project budgets. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors. Ensure design compliance with safety codes, regulations, and sustainability standards. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure quality. Prepare mood boards, material boards, and client presentations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. 2+ years of experience in interior design or engineering roles. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and rendering tools like Lumion or V-Ray. Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and space planning. Excellent communication and time management skills. Knowledge of smart systems integration is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
