Job Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented
Interior Design Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering innovative interior solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. You will collaborate with architects, project managers, and clients to bring concepts to life while ensuring structural feasibility and quality.Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed interior design concepts and layouts based on client requirements and space constraints. Prepare
technical drawings, 3D renders, and design documentation
using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools. Ensuredesigns are compliant
with building codes, safety regulations, and material specifications. Coordinate withcontractors, architects, and suppliers
to ensure the timely execution of design plans. CreateBOQs (Bill of Quantities)
, material specifications, and cost estimates for projects. Provideon-site supervision
during the implementation phase to ensure design accuracy. Selectmaterials, furniture, finishes, lighting
, and other decorative elements. Participate inclient meetings and presentations
to review designs, revisions, and approvals. Continuously research and incorporatedesign trends, sustainable practices
, and new materials.Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering
, or a related field.2-5 years of experience
in interior design, fit-out, or construction. Proficiency inAutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop
, and other relevant design software. Strong understanding ofbuilding materials, construction methods, and engineering principles.
Ability toread technical drawings
, blueprints, and construction documentation. Excellentvisualization and communication skills
--both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
