Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and maintain detailed BIM models for interior fit-out projects using Revit and other BIM software. Create accurate and detailed 3D models and construction documents for fit-out projects. Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other project stakeholders to ensure integrated and cohesive models. Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts in coordination with project teams. Implement and adhere to BIM standards and best practices within the organization. Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM processes and Revit. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications and schedules. Participate in project meetings, providing insights and updates on BIM coordination and design.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling with a strong focus on interior fit-out projects. Proficient in Revit and other BIM software such as Navisworks and AutoCAD. Strong understanding of interior design principles, fit-out processes, and construction methods.
