Verdant Group a British owned premium landscaping & Interior company is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior & Landscapes Architect/3D Visualizer to join our team in Dubai.

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Landscape and interior Architect/Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both landscape and interior design, a keen eye for detail, and the technical skills to bring our creative visions to life. You will be responsible for creating detailed landscape/interior plans, working closely with clients, and ensuring that all projects are executed to perfection.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and prepare detailed landscape and villa design plans, drawings, and specifications using CAD software.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.

- Conduct site analysis and assess the potential for landscape improvements.

- Create innovative and sustainable landscape designs that enhance the aesthetics and functionality of outdoor spaces.

- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.

- Review and approve construction drawings and materials.

- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and materials in landscape architecture.

- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure all designs comply with local regulations and industry standards.

- Prepare cost estimates and project timelines.

- Prepare detailed 2D drawings for internal and external design including, detail pool design and MEP systems for in accordance with project specifications and design requirements.

- Must be able to do renders to high quality - portfolio of previous work is a must

- Ensure all drawings comply with UAE local construction authorities regulations.

- Experience using the UAE portals to submit for approvals including but not limited to NOC and DDA.

- Revise drawings based on feedback from clients, engineers, and project managers

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, Environmental Design, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Landscape Architect or Draftsman, preferably in the UAE.

- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).

- Strong creative and artistic skills, with an eye for detail.

- Excellent understanding of landscape design principles, plant materials, and construction techniques.

- Ability to create detailed and accurate drawings and plans.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in Dubai is a plus.
