Interior Designer/ FF&E Requirements: 1. Graduate of Interior Design or Architecture 2. At least 3-5 years relevant experience as an Interior Designer and FF&E in the UAE 3. Essential experience in both education (university and school) and hospitality sectors. 4. Able to select FF&E and fixed finishes selections 5. Well aware of the UAE market 6. Previous experience in designing 5-star hotel and luxurious commercial properties projects, covering all stages from initial brief and concept to detailed design and post-contract deliverables. 7. Proficiency in software tools including Photoshop, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Revit : 1. Develop mood boards and concept and undertake tasks related to space planning, furniture layout and FF&E documentation. 2. Handle FF&E related documentation, design drawings, specifications and schedules to ensure that the installation is in line with requirements. 3. Well versed in the sourcing of materials and supplier within the region. 4. Display an impeccable attention to detail, demonstrating a high level of professionalism. 5. Generate innovative ideas, showcasing a penchant for creative thinking that pushes conventional boundaries. 6. Possess adept problem-solving skill coupled with creative approach. 7. Capable of meeting tight deadlines and performing effectively under pressure. 8. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, proactive engagement and timely task completion. 9.
