Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit an

Interim Operations Manager

to join our regional team, supporting

Etqan Global Academy

, one of our new schools in Doha, Qatar.



We are looking for someone to lead the integration of full operational management for the campus, ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency across all non-academic functions.

The Role

We seek an individual to join as an

Interim Operations Manager

where your focus will be:


Providing strategic leadership in

health and safety, facilities, and contract management

, including third-party vendors. Overseeing all operational functions including

catering, uniforms, transportation, medical clinic, and facilities management

. Ensuring full compliance with

Qatar regulatory agencies and NAE global standards

. Leading

budgeting, procurement, and project coordination

in collaboration with the Regional Operations Director and Integration Team. Managing operations of the

Super Park

and Maidan facilities, ensuring seamless delivery for both school and public use. Overseeing a diverse team including Support Assistants, Reprographics, Operations, Health & Safety, and Facilities staff.

The Successful Candidate Will Possess:

University Degree

(essential) Previous experience in a similar operational or facilities management role (essential) Strong

leadership and communication skills

with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure Excellent

organisational and problem-solving abilities

High levels of

integrity, adaptability, and attention to detail

Experience within

education or the UAE/GCC region

(desirable)
