Interim Netting/opinions Lawyer Up To £175k Tier 1 Bank

Job Description
We have a new 6 month contract with a Tier 1 bank, who are looking for derivatives lawyers with experience handling ISDAs, GMRAs, netting and opinions. This team has global coverage and are looking for a qualified lawyer who can review legal netting opinions across ISDA, GMRA, with a view to also looking at US local opinions (with US reg requirements). This person needs to know basic doc architecture, work closely with negotiation teams, internal risk teams and escalate issues. They also need to complete legal summaries that will be read by non-legal experts
