JOB PURPOSE Project Interface Manager is the role accountable for the overall management of Project Interfaces which combines both technical and coordination aspects. The role holder acts as a principal point of contact who liaises with all internal and external stakeholders for various technical inputs and ensuring coordination among multiple parties / project packages that is required during the Project design and execution phase. Technical Integration, Design Alignment and Site Coordination are key responsibilities to perform while working on all Projects. Due to the high complexity of interface on mega Projects, Interface Manager is required to constantly update the Senior Management on the status of Interfaces. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Job Specific Accountabilities External and Internal Interfaces Manager, Project Interfaces, is the responsible for Management and Execution of assigned Project Interface requirements through close interaction with Internal and External parties / Stakeholders / End Users / EPC Contractors and will also identify, develop, coordinate, expedite and steward till closure of all Project Interfaces. Coordinates and establishes the regular interface meetings between different projects and External parties like Local Authorities and Service Providers. Leads discussions and frequent coordination with other ADNOC entities in any requirements for the Project with support from technical teams. Focal point for INTERNAL Project Interface requirements and coordination across various Project packages and internal work-streams including, Engineering, Operations, IT, HR, QA/QC, Supply Chain and Finance...etc. Provides regular updates on Project Interfaces through inputs in the Project Steering Committee, monthly and weekly reports for progress and proactively identifying Interface issues Supports the contracting process by providing inputs to the scope of work and in technical evaluation for various project package contracts. Coordinates and participates in various project related audits and benchmarking activities for overall Quality improvement. Technical Integration Focal point and responsible to identify, define and execute the Offshore technical / physical internal and external interfaces through FEED / EPC phases by establishing Interface Point registers, Develops and owns the Project Interface Management procedure, Overall responsibility matrix and other interface deliverables as defined in the Interface Management Plan. Well monitoring and control of the Databases managed for IPaEUR(TM)s and IQaEUR(TM)s initiation/ correspondence / agreements to align with agreed Interdependency Schedule between various Contractors / Stakeholders. Actively participates in reviewing the Project Scope of work, various implementing strategies, execution plan, Constructing Strategies, etc. Design Alignment Overall Responsibility for Interface Deliverables including but not limited to establishing and executing the interconnections with existing ADNOC offshore facilities and ensuring Interface HAZOP for interface points in addition to other interface drawings and layouts as specified. Chairs Interface Meetings with internal and external parties for establishing and finalizing of the interface point register for multiple disciplines. Coordination Leads Project Interface team comprising of Interface coordinators and Interface Engineers. Assigns tasks to the site support team for getting the required Interface related documentation and feedback from Operations and sharing with relevant Package PMTaEUR(TM)s. Focal point for identifying with Operations, Maintenance and Integrity Team, the key Interfaces between Project and Existing Facilities with particular focus to Interface/ tie-ins during shutdown period activities. Engineering Change Management Review of Cleanliness discipline specific Concession requests issued within the CONTRACT; validate the basis of the request & its impact on technical integrity & justification, prior to requesting endorsement from Technical authority. Monitoring & ensuring that cleanliness discipline specific design change management is being carried out for all respective engineering changes with proper multidiscipline impact assessment & the same is registered & controlled (as & when required). General Maintain regular meetings with discipline counterpart for timely discipline activity coordination & problems resolution as applicable. Communicate discipline specific updates/areas of concern on regular basis to the Process Manager & to other disciplines within Project Management Team. Maintaining time records & timely submission of time sheets for approval. Timely input into engineering leave planner & subsequent submittal of leave (after aligning a handover & a deputy during the leave period). Address technical conflicts & disputes with Counterpart (CONTRACTOR) in a professional & systematic manner, relevant to governing specifications/codes & actual situation. HSE Excellence and Sustainability Keep abreast and knowledgeable on the updates for Health, Safety, Environment, Crisis Management, and Risk Registers for all the performed processes, projects, and activities within the operating zone. Monitor, promote, communicate, and lead by example all the safety-related communications, updates, standards, and any related topics with co-workers and within any interface. Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Minimum Qualification Must be a Bachelors / Masters in Engineering Fluent in written and spoken English Proven skills in Project Integration and Stakeholder Management

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills Minimum years professional experience in oil / gas industry preferably in offshore Must possess excellent leadership and communication skills including minimum years of experience in Managerial role Experience of working with Multiple packages for FEED and EPC Offshore Projects Experience in Project Management, execution and knowledge of engineering standards is mandatory. Capability and ability to promote team working and productive operating climate with a multi-cultural, multi-national workforce. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES Fully conversant with relevant engineering standards and norms. Working knowledge of various reviews such as 3D model review, Value engineering, Constructability review and HAZOP etc. Expert in technical report writing, technical / coordination procedure and formal technical correspondence. Able to interpret engineering drawings and development of interface point design parameters.
