About the Role
The Interface & Permit Senior Manager is responsible for managing
stakeholder interfaces, regulatory coordination, and statutory permitting
across the project lifecycle. The role ensures that all required approvals, permits, and third-party interfaces are obtainedon time and in compliance
with local regulations, enabling uninterrupted project delivery.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Construction Management, or related discipline
. Minimum10 years of experience
in interface management, permitting, or stakeholder coordination onlarge-scale infrastructure or real estate projects
. Strong understanding ofregulatory frameworks, permitting processes, and authority requirements
. Proven experience coordinating withmultiple authorities and third-party stakeholders
. Experience working withDevelopers, PMC/CM, or EPC contractors
preferred. Experience working inSaudi Arabia or the GCC region
is strongly preferred.Candidates within Saudi Arabia with transferrable iqama will be prioritized
