A renowned healthcare facility in the UAE is looking for an Intensivist

Position Summary:

We are seeking applications from dedicated and experienced Intensivist Doctor to join a bustling ICU team. You will be required to play a crucial role in delivering high-quality critical care to a very diverse patient population. Responsibilities:

Provide expert medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU.

Assess, diagnose, and manage a variety of complex medical conditions.

Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the medical team.

Monitor patients\' progress, adjust treatment plans, and order necessary tests.

Respond to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions as needed.

Utilize advanced medical technology, including mechanical ventilators and monitoring devices.

Educate patients\' families on treatment options, prognosis, and care plans.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of ICU protocols and procedures.

Stay current with the latest developments in critical care medicine.

Qualifications:

MD degree/DM in Critical Care from a recognized institution.

Board certification or equivalent in Critical Care Medicine

Active medical license to practice in the UAE preferred but not mandatory.

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Intensivist Doctor in ICU

Proficiency in English language

Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
