Experience on IBM WebSphere Portal 8.0 (or below) and concepts should be clear
- Design and develop portal/ wcm /j2ee components independently
- Development JSR 168/286 Portlets, WSRP
- Good experience IBM WCM development / Configuration \xe2\x80\x93 site development using WCM
- Experience on Drupal Technology and Concepts should be clear
- Good experiences in PHP applications with API connect Integrations.
- Experience on development of WebSphere portal 8.0 themes and skins (modular themes and skins)
- WebSphere Portal 8.0 Administration and configuration
- Good knowledge on Java/J2EE Development / Web Application Security
- Web Services development using SOAP / REST
- Database \xe2\x80\x93 DB2/Oracle, SQL - Hibernate/JPA Frameworks
- Should have good knowledge on spring MVC Framework
- HTML5, JavaScript, CSS knowledge is required \xe2\x80\x93 should be familiar with framework JQuery/Angular and Bootstrap
- Experience with Rational Application Developer and Eclipse
- Should be familiar with WebServer (apache/IBM) and basic configurations and setup
- Should be familiar with Continuous Integration in DevOps.

Problem solving and Complexity
Required to undertake research on technology issues that will better serve the Bank.
- Expected to recommend innovations to improve WebSphere framework and components reliability, performance and scalability.
- Come out with solution for complex WCM components to achieve less customer impact level.
- Help in solving production issues and performance issues.
